TW Steel to Co-Sponsor Mercedes Trophy
TW Steel, the Dutch watch brand specializing in oversized watches, is pleased to announce that it will venture into the golfing world to promote the brand in the Philippines having signed on to be a co-sponsor of the Mercedes Trophy 2009 in Manila, set for Monday, June 1st, 2009. The prestigious invitational event will host a maximum field of 216 players at the Santa Elena Gold Club with the winner going on to represent the Philippines in the Asian Regional Final at the Hope Island and Glades Golf Courses resort in Queensland, Australia, 19th – 21st August. The World Final of the Mercedes Trophy will then subsequently be held in Stuttgart, Germany, 24th – 29th September. TW Steel’s participation in the Filipino event marks its first sponsorship venture in the country having recently debuted in the market courtesy of an exclusive retail relationship with the LUCERNE Group.
